Rebecca Rozell, MA, LPCC, LADAC
Rebecca is both a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADAC) in the State of New Mexico. Rebecca graduated with Distinguished Honors from Webster University, with a Master's of Arts Degree in Counseling, with Emphasis in Professional Mental Health Counseling. Rebecca also has extensive education, training, and experience in the field of addictions and co-occurring disorders (mental health disorders and addictive disorders). Rebecca has worked, in the mental health/addictions field, for seventeen years, in both New Mexico and in Washington State.
Rebecca is known for a warm, relaxed, and comfortable approach to counseling. Rebecca is an Integrative Psychotherapist, which means that, she utilizes a variety of orientations and therapies, according to the client's individual needs. Rebecca's approach involves genuine caring, non-judgment, and acceptance. Rebecca works with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective. A primary focus of Rebecca's personal and professional practice is Mindfulness, a way to pay attention in a particular and purposeful manner: in the present moment, with calm awareness, acceptance, and non-judgement.
Rebecca works with a wide range of issues (see "Services Available" section for some of the issues Rebecca works with). She believes that, we all have within us, the resiliency, and our own unique strengths, that can allow us to heal, grow, recover, and thrive. Rebecca supports the counseling process, as a self-discovery journey, a path in which we can learn to connect with our authentic selves, nurture our inherent strengths, and become more whole and self-empowered.
Rebecca had a long-term goal to become a therapist, and she considers herself to be blessed, to be able to work in a profession that, she truly loves and feels passionate about. Rebecca also notes that, "I consider it to be such a privilege to be invited into my clients' inner lives, and to travel the journey with them though healing, change, and self-empowerment."
Rebecca is a contracted provider on most local insurance panels, and is the Clinical Director and Owner, of Rozell Counseling and Psychotherapy Services, LLC.

Susan Buechele, LCSW
Susan Buechele, LCSW is an independently Licensed Clincial Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Mexico. Susan in known for her genuine, goal-oriented, yet gentle approach to problem solving and theraputic intervention. As an EMDRIA Certified EMDR provider, Susan's primary focus is truama work through Rapid Eye Movement Desensitization and Re-Processing. (EMDR) therapy. Susan directs our Trauma/EMDR Program, providing high quality EMDR services to appropriate clients. However, she also works with anxiety - related disorders, depression, relationship problems, and adjustment difficulties, among other areas of interest. In addition to providing couples counseling and family therapy, Susan treats all individuals as a family member, using the Family Systems perspectve, so you and your family are welcome to her care.
Susan served in the United States Air Force for twenty-two years. She grew up in a military family, moving from state-to-state and country-to-country. This transitional lifestyle has cultivated an ability to adapt and thrive. After her retirement in 2007, it has been Susan's desire to continue to support Veterans and military families experincing difficulties to include post-tramuatic stress.
Susan's office hours are Tuesdays through Fridays, 10:00 to 5:30. There may be additional days and hours available by appointment. Susan tries to offer flexible and extened hours, whenever possible, to work within your scheuling needs.

Don Rozell, LADAC, AA
Don is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADAC) in the State of New Mexico. Don graduated from Santa Fe Community College, with High Honors, with an Associate of Arts Degree, in Human Services, with a Concentration in Addiction Studies. Don's professional experience includes having worked at the University of New Mexico -Albuquerque Metropolitan Central Intake, as well as in outpatient substance abuse programs.
Don is a client-centered clinician, who is known for his excellent rapport-building skills, his warmth and caring nature with clients, and his accurate empathy skills. Prior to choosing his current career path, which had been a long-term goal for Don, he had a long and successful first career, from which he retired in 2005. Don has a passion for recovery and believes in the power of growth, healing, and change.
Don specializes in addictions/substance abuse counseling and works primarily with adults. Due to our commitment to providing affordable and accessible counseling serivces, Don is able to offer sliding scale rates, and is also a contracted insurance provider, with some of our plans. Don works with us part-time, so please contact us to inquire about Don's availabilty and rates.
